Student Visa Support
UFC provides assistance in obtaining a student visa for Qatar to ensure a smooth transition for international students.
However, please note the following:
The visa application process will begin only after the deposit fee has been paid. After the visa has been obtained, fees for residence permit and medical examination must be paid.
Students are responsible for covering all additional costs, including travel expenses, visa processing fees, accommodation in Qatar and living expenses (food, transport, etc.).
Pre-Arrival Checklist for International Students
Before travelling to Qatar, students must complete a few essential steps to ensure a smooth transition.
Once you receive your acceptance letter from UFC, ensure you have submitted while applying for admissions:
- A copy of your passport (valid for at least six months)
- Passport-sized photographs (with a royal blue background)
- Proof of deposit fee payment
- Previous academic transcripts and certificates
Visa & Residence Permit (RP) Process
All international students must obtain a student visa before arriving in Qatar. UFC offers student visa sponsorship for eligible students. The HR and Operations Department at UFC will handle your visa application and keep you informed throughout the process.
Ensure you have submitted the following documents in order to obtain a student visa:
- A copy of your passport (valid for at least six months)
- Passport-sized photographs (with a royal blue background)
- Proof of deposit feee payment
- Acceptance letter from UFC
- Medical clearance (if required)
Medical Examination & Fingerprinting
Upon arrival in Qatar, international students must complete the following procedures:
- Blood Test
- Chest X-ray
- Biometric Fingerprinting

The following fees for residence permits and medical procedures apply in addition to the tuition fee for international students.
